The Midwest D-CFAR is hosting an informal lunchtime conversation with Elizabeth A. Bukusi, PhD, MBChB, M.Med, MPH, PGD, MBE, Chief Research Officer of the Kenya Medical Research Institute. Lunch will be provided!

Topic: The Future of HIV Prevention

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Dr. Bukusi’s primary research interests include STIs, reproductive health and HIV prevention, care and treatment. Additionally, she is interested in ethics and the development of systems and structures for regulating research. She has focused on capacity building for many years and has been engaged in the training and mentorship of young scientists. She serves on many international boards, taskforces, and committees.
